Conceptual and production design of panels and doors with 3d texture. Planing machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
The role also involved planning the stock inventory along with the production to have materials available. The study on CAD software such as Autocad and 3DS Max defined the look of each product and then the production on CAD and CAM software. This role involves marketing knowledge of the product, technical knowledge of how to achieve the concept with the available technology of the factory, and the development of the process from milling to painting to get the desired look for the products.
